the planned album 'Yorktown Occult' was going to loosely center around Charlie and her cousin Francine spending a summer in a southern town filled with hauntings and psychic voices. This demo, along with 'Bonfire's Lament', would have been properly fleshed out and recorded for that album but this fragment of a dirge (with Yael) is all we've got.
lyrics
there's still a way back to Charlie's Haunt
show me the way that's free from harm
Francine sees the spirits of a different time
calls on the phantoms back in Charlie's mind
walk thru the forest, playing nighttime games
beware of the Judge for he is taking names
